Good Food

Excellent buffet and great options. Especially the starters. Loved the chicken and mutton kheema kebab's. I filled myself with starters.

The Roti and mutton rogan ghost was yummy and so was the biryani.

Awesome

Whenever we go to Barbecue Nation we gorge, the grills in the starters vary in the tenderness of the meat but a nice burnt flavor from the grill really helps to get the juices flowing.

Fabulous place!!!

Went here recently with some family friends. They're from the states. Everytime they come down, we used dine at the club. I was really bugged about going there again so I suggested we try BBQ Nation. When they reached the entrance, they gave me dirty looks becasue this place looks unassuming from the outside, but when they stepped in they were in for a surprise.
Ofcourse, it goes without saying that we LOVED the food, the service was excellent, the restrooms were clean, music was briilant, all in all we had a great time. It is a little expensive, but worth all what we paid for. It wasnt my first visit, but everytime I come to this place, its a always wonderful experience.

Must go for non-veggie

Little costly but delicious non-veg grilled food that you will not find anywhere else in the city. The best part is the way they serve, you have griller in you table itself and couples of waiters on your service. It may be disappointing for veggie because there is nothing surprising for them, of course enough veg food but not as gr8 as non-veg. Just imagine a place where you can have chicken, mutton and sea food, all @ one place with delicious bengali sweets. You must go once if you are a non-veggie.

SAME OLD FARE AND LOUSY EXPERIENCE

Yesterday we decided to eat out and chose your outlet (Barbeque Nation) at J P Nagar. We have been visiting it for the last 4 years. The last time was sometime in November.

We had no prior reservation but were pleasantly surprised when we were told that there was a table available for 7:30 pm. We did land up there a few minutes late. Thanks to the staff for ensuring they held the table.

It took us a few minutes before we realized that the entrance and the parking had changed. No signboard indicating that this had happened. Neither was there any communication from BN to patrons.

We were given a table on the newly opened roof top place. Nicely done up overall but a few flaws that ensured we left the place feeling miserable. The table where we were seated had a lamp at the table level. We had to endure the pleasure of insects flying into the food, glass of water and the sauces. We did speak to the staff but it did not help. Only later when I showed the size of insect I had trapped in the napkin did the staff cover the lamp with two bottles of Kinley and draped it with a napkin. Call that being indigenous and matter of fact.

To make up for it the staff offers my wife a mocktail/fruit drink. Honestly what were you guys even thinking?

More importantly Barbque Nation seems to have lost its pulse on the customer. The starters, at least in vegetarian, haven’t changed. The same Paneer, the same old Cajun potato… Please bring in some more options – this was the feedback we had given in November.

After going through your website my fears have been proved right. You have not provided an option for a customer to provide her/his feedback. You seem to be gloating on your achievements.

We left the place feeling as if the staff had taken us for granted. Not the way we had wanted to end the weekend.

Poor Nation

I have been to 2 of these one here in Bangalore and one in Pune. The concept that was once a novelty (grill your kebabs on the table) has now become something of an over done theme in too many restaurants these days. With a good variety of tasty starters but an average buffet that follows, it may not disappoint the many. What i realized shortly after my meals in both places is that you begin to get a sort of bloated over full feeling this is purely because of the overdose of bicarb in the food. Restaurants that run buffets can sometimes do this to keep the customers eating lower quantities its quite sickening really and does not leave you with a very good feeling after your meal.

If you are looking for a great Indian grill experience then read my review on Kebab studio.

Pros: - good concept
good starters

Cons: - Poor preparation of food
- Main course is a let down

clarification to sidarth

Hi all
just read the review of sidharth and was little worried before inviting some one who is very special. It was a sunday and usually all the restaurant runs in full steam.I had a reservation and i made it very clear that i would be on time. I reached in and though lot of pupil were around we got in right away (may be i was lucky)and made to sit in the AC section of theirs and asked for a change to the terrace if possible. The guy at the reception was very couteous and helped me and actually shifted me to the terrace bar first and thereby a table later on. With the live band on and the novel concept it made my evening. The service guys have been extremely helpful. Infact i told one of the guys at the bar about the complaint registered for the waiting period and he was proactive and called the manager immediately. My experience have been more than satifactory and i think a place worth visiting time and again.

Starters to die for

The spread of starters that is served to you at the table just seems to be endless. You get to barbeque your starter with different flavors of sauce. The service is really quick. The USP of the restaurant is mainly the starter, since its unlimited one ends up eating the starter and hardly find the main course interesting. Off late the staff at barbeque puts up a really nice dance show to entertain the foodies. Place gets a little congested at the buffet counter. Lot of waiting time. All in all its truly an experience to for first-timers.

Great Food

Was there at Indiranagar(HAL) to fulfill my greedy need of brunch. Chose the buffet here. Starters were barbecue that included chicken fish prawns. With sheek kabab and other stuff. They have a pasta counter and i asked the chef to make a non veg spicy pasta. He rocked and nailed it!

The buffet was not a big spread but not bad either. As a proud non veggie, i only checked the non veg section. Chicken dum biryani, lal mutton curry, prawns curry. Chicken salad. The salads and desserts were ok.

Costed 1400 for two. All in all good place!

Wallet parking

Hi ,

Don’t give for wallet parking to these guys. I went to Koramangala BBQ nation and gave for wallet parking .
They crashed my car’s extra light[It costs me 1600 Rs]. And I sent an email to bangalore2@barbeque-nation.com.

I got a call form a person as he will contact me within 5 days. [Before Jan 11 2013] . But he did not come back to me. I send 2 reminders.
No reply. This is showing their customer care attitude.

So friends please don’t give for wallet parking your valuable cars. There is a chance for money lose and your beautiful cars they may handle with out care.

Not a place of choice for vegetarians

The short story is, I've been there 4 times with different groups of veg and non-veg eaters and the experience was good only the 1st time. The next 3 times, especially lunch on 8th June 2010 was quite bad.

To start off with, the person serving us was in such a hurry that we had to ask him to repeat everything he said at least twice so that we could understand what he was saying.
Thats where his speed ended as far as the vegetarians go. No surprise there.
We ordered complimentary drinks. My unfortunate collegue who ordered fresh lime soda, got complimentary ants floating in it. Fortunately for her they agreed to replace the drink.
Start the starters. Every time I have gone there, the staple paneer tikka is cold and takes a long time to come by. It is barely exposed to the grill so not well "barbequed" at all.
The sweet roti served along with starters is warm at best (not sure if it is supposed to be that way).
The other veg starters are served the first time and if you want more you need to remind the server at least twice that we are here to eat not to stare at our non-vegetarian companions eating.

Then comes the floor manager. He was obviously pissed off at something. His expresions were rather unwelcoming, but that could be a one off thing on that day.
He served us "mustard aloo" when the menu at the entrance clearly said achari aloo.
When brought to his notice, he refused to acknowledge it. Finally I had to get up from my seat and take him to the entrance to show him the menu. At this point he finally agreed and we got achari aloo after about 10 mins.

The buffet was average to be fair. The deserts were there for the heck of it. Chewy gulab jamoons did it for me. I dint try the other stuff, mainly because some deserts were obviously had egg in them, but all name cards had green dots on them. Again, the green dots could be there to signify something else. But dint want to risk it so dint try.

Finally I must comment on the "package" offerings. There is a 300 + tax for 5 starters (3 veg + 2 non-veg) and a 475 + tax for 11 starters (6 veg + 5 non veg). While these might be decent options for non-vegetarians, what on earth will a pure vegetarian do with either of these because no way in hell is he going to eat the non-veg starters just because he has to pay for them. If there were any other options, we certainly werent informed about them.

Note: Please consider this review only if you are a vegetarian. Things dint appear to be bad for the non-veggies :-)

GT Road Festival.. Just No flaw

On 5th May 2010, a special day in my life (my anniversary) I decided to take my wife for a nice dinner. After a hectic day and travel back to home we zeroed down on BBQ (Barbeque Nation ).

Right from entrance they made us feel special. From the decor to the music was really mindblowing.

Now comes their Famous Buffet. Its food festival so the menu is just revamped. They Have just kept the Prawns and chicken BBQ. But a total new list of starters. Like Crab, fish, special Aloo, Mutton chaap and countless more.

It just tastes so good. In the main course the Chingri Malaicurry was not very authentic bengali but was good.

Then came the Desserts. With lots of bengali sweets. And really Authentic.

Every item was prepared with lot of attention. And not only that the waiters were really prompt. Very courteous. The Buffet was priced the same 525 + taxes.

Hats off to them for making the special evening even more special.

p.s: I have visited BBQ min 6/7 time before this and always liked their food. This was so special that I could not resist to write a review and give them 5*

Meat Eater's Paradise...

I am an avid lover of non vegetarian food and most of the times get ignorant about noticing or trying and then finally writing about Vegetarian food. I hope it does not happen this time.

I have been to this place numerous times and must begin with saying that, "experience at barbeque nation has been overwhelming each of these times, both during lunch and dinner."

During lunch one gets to choose from 2 buffet options:
• 3 starter Veg and/or Non Veg
• 5 starter Veg and/or Non Veg (Just this option for Dinner)
(main course and desserts are common)

I usually go for the 5 starter option in which usually chicken (2), mutton, fish and prawns are served in non - veg menu comprises paneer, aloo, grilled veggies and more. All of these starters are served on the table with most of them placed on the personal barbeque set up on ones table. I like this part where, I can roast the starter further to suit my preferences. There are sauses placed which one can use to personalize the taste. The service has always been efficient with the starters been served consistently until the flag goes down. Yesss… you read it right.. Until the flag goes down. There is a Barbeque Nation flag stand placed on every table. A hoisted flag means the 'starters can keep coming' and flag down indicates 'we are done with starters'.

The main course does have a whole lot of options from Indian (usually North and south, may be more), chinese, italian, and more… Usually, I am happy with the whole lot of starters served, but who can resist a biryani? I can't… So I head to the main course buffet for some biryani (mutton or chicken) and probably some crab curry (surved only during dinner) with some indian breads served hot on the table.

Desserts… A whole lot options to choose from - ice creams, toppings like nuts and sauces, pastries, indian desserts like gulab jamoon, phirni and more again…. The desserts are excellent to taste a winner to me personally is the phirni served in small or mini claypots.

The ambience is very good, making it suitable for a family/ friends/business dinners. May sometimes get too noisy for business dinners. The indiranagar branch has a live band perform on some specific days of the week making it good for couples dinning out. Service is efficient and quick.

I recommend making a table reservation before visiting this place and probably a day in advance of planning for a weekend.

good experience, but not for the food

I think the place is acceptable if you focus on the bright, spacious interior and use it as a venue to slowly while away a relaxed sunday lunchtime while you sip some cocktails, nibble at some very ordinary kebabs and keep your prime attention on the company you've gone out with. This is not a place for people who primarily want good barbeque food.

The fixed barbeque starter menu was limited and the same both times I went, and the marinating was quite inconsistent. I also felt that each item was prepared in batches in turn, so I had to keep waiting for more of the particular item I wanted to become available.

The buffet is disappointing, to say the least. Ordinary spread, low quality cooking, and I thought the arrangement was a bit awkward given that most people don't bother to queue up. But to be fair to the people who run it, maybe they expect people to fill themselves with starters and not want too much of a main course later. Its ok to visit this place at least once just to try it out, but after that I'd think its worth visiting a second time only if you want to share the experience with someone who hasn't tried it before.

Great food. Good drinks. Check the bill.

We went there to celebrate a friends birthday. The food is awesome. I'm pretty sure everyone knows the way it works - you have your own personal table top charcoal grills at each table and the staff bring out a steady stream of appetizers and keep replenishing them. Excellent variety ranging from vegetarian fare like baby corn, mushrooms, potatoes as well as chicken, fish, shrimp, crab. They provide a variety of sauces that you can dab on with a little brush. Good drinks. I had a long island tea which was made well. The main course buffet was average but by the time you get to it you're pretty full so that was fine by me. Ambience is great - very warm and cozy. The staff brought out a cake for the birthday boy too. During the meal the waiters got together and did a little dance jig :) The only let down - When we checked the bill they had over estimated the drinks we had ordered and over charged us. We got it rectified of course and it was an honest mistake but do check the bill at the end. I would def recommend the place.

Visited this place with a friend on saturday evening ..Was quite happy with the Starters especially the mutton sheek kabab is noteworthy.
Then moved on to the buffet Dalmakhani is outstanding among vegetarian food.(Perfect taste) Next comes mutton rogan josh which was really yummyy.
And finally when we moved on to deserts it was worth it .. Pie cakes ,Matkakulfi,Chocolate brownie was too yummy and the soft Gulabjamoons I cud still feel the softness and rich taste in them.
Three cheers to the team BBQ .....
One point i didnt understood is why is service charge being levied in a Buffet ..?

2 things I love in this place - Starters & Service

This place is located on 100ft road, Indiranagar. Very near to airport flyover. Very limited parking is available on the road. But valet parking is available. Which is a boon in Bangalore.

The ambiance of the place is good. They have a live band that plays on terrace.

They take reservations on phone, and its a good idea since the place does get very crowded in peak hours.

The service is excellent and never hurried. The first time I went to this restaurant, the service was excellent. I have been to this place many times after that in the last couple of years and I am still waiting to see the levels of service drop. Truly excellent service which I expect in 5 star restaurants. Very professional. I can just quote two instances among many:
1. One time I went along with my family. We had a reservation outside. My kid, then 1 year old, went to sleep on the bench of the restaurant. Before I noticed that, a waiter rushed in, tucked a pillow made of napkins under his head and made sure he doesn't fall from bench in sleep.
2. I took my office team for lunch at this place. One of the team members was very excited about a crab starter that was on menu kept on table. During the lunch we realized crab was not served. We called in the manager. Manager regretted that the menu on our table was yesterdays. He apologized and got the chef to serve just us crabs made on request.

As regards to the food, they offer only fixed buffet type food. They place grill on your table and bring starters which are 90% done. I really love Mushroom, prawn and fruits on that grill. Excellent. There have been times when I have eaten a kilo of these items here on the grill.

Drinks are available, and are good. The only time I found the drink was not to my liking was when it was complimentary in the buffet.

The main course buffet consists of various items. The buffet is not that good. But if you are there, try out dum biryani and their salads. In deserts I like phirni.

The place is a good value for money If you are a non-vegetarian. If you are a pure vegetarian, even then I would recommend the place for it's novelty.

The reason I have taken the star off
1. This is not a place, I can go frequently. Their execution is very similar everyday (though they change menu's everyday).
2. The buffet is average. They mess up the crab almost every time.

Overall my recommendation is to definitely visit the place if you have never been there.

Great place to go with friends

BBQ Nation, according to me, would be the best place to go with a bunch a friends who love to eat.

Starters - I have been to BBQ Nation thrice, and till now, in all three occasions, I have indulged in the starters section. There are a variety of delicious starters (Pesto Prawns, being my favourite). The Veg starters, however lack variety.
The mini-barbeque concept is very innovative, and I love the fact that we can put different seasonings and sauces, to make the meat taste just like we want it. But since the meat/veges are already 90% bbq'ed in the kitchen, the mini bbq seasoning doesn't really contribute to the taste.

Main Course - I never really explored this section much. Everytime I go to BBQ Nation, I decide to eat the main course also. But somehow, in all three occasions, I over-indulged in the starters, and ended up having salads and diced vegetables for main course. However, the main course looks like it offers quite a lot. There are two different areas desginated to veg and non veg. Each consisting of usually 2/3 sabji's, a dal, biryani, others.
There are lot of salads present, which provides you with a balanced satiating meal.
Roti's are freshly made, on ordering, and are served to you on your table. You can also ask for alternatives like Naan, Khulcha..

In the desert section, I usually have only two things.
1. Gulab Jamun with Vanilla Ice Cream
2. Phirni (offered in those small clay matkas)

The other items present are cheesecakes, mousse, pastries, rasgolla, cookies and a lot of other items. You can mix n match several things, and come up with a killer combo.

Also, the staff appears to be very friendly and interactive.
Since, the place fills up very fast, Reserving a seat is recommended.
The ambience is amazing. It is much better, on the terrrace, with the live music, fresh air.

All in all, an amazing place to hang out with friends, or usually a large group. 600 rupees per head is well worth it.

I liked this restaurant always, had visited n number of times. it was not a very good experience in my 3 latest visits. They seem to have reduced the starters and there was nothing.. there were only 3 veg starters and 4 non veg starters. i felt this was not enough for the amount they charge. Valentine Dinner 2011

I had been to Barbeque Nation twice earlier and this was the 3rd time I went along with my wife for Valentine dinner hence it explains that the place is good. The main attraction is the unlimited veg / non veg starters which is mouth watering. In drinks Mango Mock tail is my personal favorite which is with a dash of coco nut its. I would strongly recommend this place for good eater who like kebabs which are unlimited and the grill is right in front of you fixed on the dining table. The main course is okay and the deserts are satisfactory too. Overall all I would rate a 4 on 5. Thumbs Up !

Mouthwatery Starters Yummy food and great Buffet

Been to this place after months.Boy was indeed happy to be there.nothin has changed infact I should say they have improvised up on the buffet menu as well.

Good food, poor service.

I had been to Bbq Nation, Indiranagar, Bangalore on a recent dinner night out with my personal friends/family. Now, I have been there a couple of times and I can straight-away say that the consistency of food quality is what brings me back there. But my latest experience was not good. Let me explain.

Along with the food, I ordered some red wine which is a buy one drink, get one free offer on weekday evenings. I ordered one bottle and the waiter explicitly stated that I would get another complimentary unopened bottle if I didn't finish the first one. Midway through the first bottle, the waiter took away the cap (I like my wine bottle closed). When I asked him why, he stated that no one ever closes the bottle cap of red wine! Now, that's for me to decide since I've paid for the bottle. When I asked him to return the cap, he brought one from the bottle of another brand and proceeded to cap it. Needless to say, that disgusted me, but I went along. My party couldn't finish the bottle, so I decided to take the second bottle home and asked the waiter for one after paying the bill. He brought one with a cap that was obviously opened (the excise tape on it had been broken). With some more arguments, the waiter brought me an unopened one.

This experience left me a bad taste in the mouth. First, I have always had good experiences at that particular restaurant which is why I returned. Second, whenever there is alcohol involved, it seems to me that the waiters think that an inebriated customer won't notice them pulling a fast one and so do such disgraceful things such as described above.

For me a night out dining is not just about drinking and eating, it is the experience that counts. The last night out at this branch of Bbq Nation left a lot to be desired.

Eating stuff that once used to be alive :)

This a great place to get your weekly dose of meat from seafood and red meat..Really good variety of non-veg starters. I have been here twice and both times the starters were fantastic. Love the roof top table, awesome place to hangout. The starters that were served included some masala prawns, chicken, lamb, crispy potato and many others.. I must say the crispy potatoes are really good especially since I am not a big fan of Indian vegetarian food.. The seafood and meat varieties are also fresh and UNLIMITED!! pretty good..

I am not much a fan of the buffet line though...on both occasions, the buffet line did not serve awesome food. everything was just average. On 2011 New Year's Day, the biryani rice was undercooked and my family were not pleased :( The desserts are very average. I do like the nuts and chocolate sauce that is provided with the ice cream. Overall, a pleasant experience..Service is efficient and prompt.

Would recommend this place

Plan that they'll bring you lots of starters... with chicken, fish, potatoes, shrimps, etc.

Then there's a salad buffet and a dessert buffet. Dinner at a fixed price of Rs. 525 + taxes. Nice mocktails on the menu.

Another awesome visit

Fifth visit to BBQ Nation, and it never disappoints me.
Great place for foodies.

The restaurant should try to introduce a little more variety in the Vegetarian Starters section. Other than this, its an awesome place!

Different Food, Nice Ambience

I have been 3 times to BN in Kormangala.
Like the concept of food here, though I am a vege but still I loved my grilled veges with sauces. It's a place where we go if we do not want to spend time looking at the menu and deciding, it's just easy and gives you ample of time to sit and talk
I like evening live music at the place too.
I would recommend the place to my frndz (but more so non-vegs as I feel i might be an exception being a vege and still liking the place)

Good one if You have desire to Binge on....

We had a Corporate Team Lunch in BBN recently. The ambiance is really good, the staffs are professional and the price for lunch is 475 plus taxes approx and 600 plus for dinner approx. Good thing is that they have a complimentary drink too. Though the variety is limited but all were good. The quality of all the Barbecue non- veg was good (i did not try veg). They do have a buffet (in the same price) with limited variety and satisfactory level of taste. So if you really a starter guy... go on.... make your day a fulfilling one!!! :)

Feedback for your slothfull services

Hi

I am _, a regular guest at BBQ Nation Delhi, Gurgaon and Chennai(Lately).
I would like to share my grivences for my last visit to BBQ Nation Chennai.

The Service at the premises were not up to the mark, and the Service Manager- Deepak, mis-behaved with one of my Guests, regarding a worthless issue.

He(Deepak) accused my esteemed Guests of lying, about the discount we were promised and offered at our sub-sequent prior visit to the Premises.(BBQ Chennai, T nagar)

I look forward for some action regarding the same, as in Hospitality business like yours, dis-respecting a Customer, marks a ding on the Brand respect, and puts a stigmatic question on the slothfull services you provide.

I believe, the trust a Customer bestows in a brand is always in Sync with the experiences offered, and my latter experience will always make me feel reluctant on showing up at your venture ever again.

Ps: Probably my visit on 15/09/2011 was my last visit to BBQ-Nation.(Thanks for such a ruthless experience)

Non Veggies paradise!

I went for lunch with my 14 colleagues for lunch buffet on a weekday. I made my reservation in advance which was confirmed back to me and we were given our table in no time inspite to heavy rush. Nicely managed reservation list.

The starters were just awesome. We loved the prawns and the aloo chaat.. Fried aloo chaat was best I have ever had.. Must try even for all non veggies too..The other non veg starters were also well done and served in plenty.

The staff is extremely hospitable and serves with lot of personal attention.

The next is the lunch main course which is an icing on the cake as we were not expecting such a wide spread after heavy dose of starters. Desserts were equally good..Small gulab jamuns were just wow!

Overall..a great experience for a group lunch..loved it. Vegetarians have relatively lesser options but for non veggies.. its a paradise!!

Great Barbecue - even for veggies

Went to barbecue nation in bangalore for the first time. Difficult to get a table as place is crowded so it's always better to get reservation in advance. We got a table on terrace. Comfortable seating. they had a nice arrangement with fans spraying water to keep it cool.

Being a pure veggie, i had some apprehension but it was was a great experience.I like the way it works - table top charcoal grills at each table and the staff keep bringing appetizers till you turn the flag down. You have to grill the appetizers on skewers. They provide a variety of sauces and flavored oils which you can put on apptizers before grilling.

Good variety for veggies like baby corn, mushrooms, potatoes, panner, vegetables. They also had veg kebabs and and awesome potatoes with mayo dish that is served on table. The drinks were also nice. The service is very prompt and staff is very courteous. The waiter also asked about the taste of food and if we would like anything different.
When the waiter heard i was a pure veggie, he got a separate fried corn appetizers which were great. They were not even on menu that day. That's the way to treat guests. Great Service.

The lunch buffet is standard but after having so much appetizers you have hardly any space left for main lunch buffet. I couldn't taste much so won't comment. Though i must say they have a decent spread of desserts. Definitely worth the money. On the flipside though you will definitely tend to overeat :)

Great experience, fantastic food

This place is amazing. The experience of cooking your own starter (with your choice of flavoring) and eating it fresh as ever is priceless. Both veg/non-veg starters were good. Though non-veg starters score over the veg ones. In case of veg starters the Aloo starter was deep fried and hence was not tandoori. The buffet to compliment the starters is great and the service is also very good. The desserts choice was also reasonable. All in all a great place, though slightly heavy on the wallet but the place is worth visiting.

Arrogance while making Reservation

We were a group of 25 ppl who wanted to go for Lunch and when making reservation we enquired about any discounts and the reply we got was 25 ppl is nothing for us we have 60,70 coming and we don't give any discounts for them.

If there are no discounts for group of ppl they need to just say that and there was no need to show attitude. So we decided not to go since "as they say" they will get bigger groups.

Fun, food....fiesta

Barbeque Nation does not need any introduction but still for those who do not know about it...It is a paradise for all foodies who love Indian Tandoori dishes that too unlimited. Barbeque Nation is the place where I can go again & again & can never get bored because of excellent food quality, brilliant taste & extremely good service. Every time I dine there I have memorable experience whether it is with my husband or guests or official dinner. They set hot tandoor in your table & as per your preference of veg or non veg will get unlimited starters but don’t think if they are giving you unlimited starters they will compromise in quality, taste of each starter is different and so good. They will keep on bringing starters until you beg them not to bring more but best is yet to come which is their buffet which comprises of variety of salads, soups, main course items, freshly made Indian breads, biryani & 5 -6 options in desert. They have separate menu for drinks & that is charged separately.

Tummy filling no taste destination

A whole load of food.... barbeque on the table... 3 of them came in miniscule pieces half done from the kitchen... the rest of the starters had to be called for, every time you wanted them.
The salads were a shame. The curries were decent. the breads were good and so was the rice. The desserts were an effort.
If one is looking for good taste and good food, this is a wrong destination. This is a place one needs to go to load the tummies with food in a budget.

A good concept though... maybe not for me.

The World On A Grill...

These guys take their grills seriously! BBQ Nation offered such a vast range of barbecues that I had to skip most of the main course! The buffet comes in a range of 450 to 550 per person but is worth every penny. The barbecues included chicken, lamb, prawn, fish and assorted vegetables. The best part is you can order the rounds again, and again....and again! Weeeee! I also loved the lobster bisque they served and its probably the only fluid I have consumed in such vast quantities save beer! When you think its all over, bam comes the dessert section. The ice cream is creamy, the sauces are delicious, your stomachs are satisfied and the gods are happy. May they keep the wolves in the hills and the barbecues in our tummies! Amen!

They surprise u :)

Barbeque Nation (BBQN) never stops to surprise you.

A few years back, I was a regular there purely for the reason that you could always fill yourself silly there. But after a while, things got boring and I stopped going there. But BBQN has a habit of surprising you. Last week, we went to BBQN after a very long while and as expected, the starters were great, the buffet mediocre and the service, very friendly. But what took us by surprise is that somewhere towards the end, they suddenly started playing loud music and about 8-10 waiters got together and started dancing! And they danced some elaborate steps with the jives, moves and grooves and this went on for about 5 minutes. Soon enough, all of the crowd were clapping and cheering them up. Really cool fun!!!

BBQN is known for the "grill your starters on your table" concept and hence it's quite interesting. I usually bring my parents here for the experience and my office crowd also takes most of our foreign friends here regularly. The "grill-starter" session is followed by a buffet with a good ensemble of desserts. I never could do justice to the buffet as I always found myself full with the starters so I just go straight to the desserts after the starters. However, I have always found the buffet and desserts just mediocre. The starters are usually always good but I'm not sure if vegetarians have too many options. Having said that, their veg starter - the potato pakoda with cheese - is simply amazing!!!

Ambience is good - it's always very lively, neat and tidy.

Service is good - the waiters make it a point to explain the concept of barbeque before starting and they regularly filled in the empty glasses without really interrupting .

The cost is slightly on the higher side - dinner for two with a mocktail each cost us about Rs. 1500/-, but no other restaurant gives that kind of an experience. Perfect to impress your out-of-town parents.

Just remember to book at least a day in advance. We had to reserve two days in advance for a table for two for the 7 PM slot (they have sessions at 7PM, 9 PM and now 10 PM also). Parking too might be an issue at the Indiranagar BBQN.

Overall, great for the starters and the concept experience and they surprise you pleasantly, every now and then.

Outstanding!!

After reading a lots of great reviews on burrp we decided to visit this place on this saturday (10/12/2011). It was an awesome experience. We were 7 people in total and had done the booking well in advance. We didn't face any trouble getting our seat. It was in the most corner.. the way v like it. And then came the starter session. The reason that we can barbeque it on our own table with our fav flavour makes it the best. Wont talk much about the main course coz I was so filled up wid the staters that main course was not that important. And then the desert was really heaven. 7 desrsts... really makes it BIG!! There was a live performance as well.. loved the beats.. We wnt there by 12:30 pm and were there till 3:45 pm.. I think that tells everything.. Great ambienece, Great Service and Great Food!!

Grill Heaven!

This is by far my most favorite restaurant in Bangalore. This is where we go whenever in a mood to celebrate :) I love that they used different colored plates to distinguish between vegetarians and us carnivores. The starters that you grill right on your table is definitely the piece de resistance. Buffet is usually varied and perfect for people like me who sample a bit of everything.
However, their branch in Mumbai is usually packed on weekends and you cant get a walk in. I'd advise to reserve WELL ahead of time to avoid the disappointment we've faced.

Brilliant yet a smell of arrogance

Everyone knows how good Barbeque nation is, so i am not commenting on that. However, recently i have noticed an aura of arrogance in them, especially when you call them to book tables. They have the usual response, its booked and the only time will be sometime after 10pm!. But its quite funny, on two occasions i booked at 1030pm sicne there were no tables till 1030, but went in at 930 and got my tables!

Its alot of sizzle and very little fire

I had the opportunity to visit BBQ nation twice : the first time it was pleasant enough an experience to know the only time Id go back was if I was forced to. The kebabs came totally cold and inspite of having a personal BBQ to heat it , it just didnt thaw through.
The second time when I had to go, I was zapped with their lack of creativity and ingenuity. It was the same darn menu, same kababs , the same prawns and paneer..Nothing ever changes there.. Alot of sizzle , no fire. Cumbersomely gimicky and Yes !! the service : a slew of staff from the North East and Bengal whose diction you couldnt decipher at all. Glad to see that they have used their concept of to the table meaningfully with the kind of staff that they have : they need it....if they were to open their mouths to explain, you'd have thought youwere eating PRAN ( as in the villian ) and not Prawns and CHEEK-Ens and not chicken!

Good Food, Little comfort

Overview:
Located at the heart of action, Near the Airport Road and 100 Ft road junction where the Fly over from the Airport Road lands into 100 ft road on to your left, this is a place you can go to with your young friends.
Experience:
Food is really tasty. Especially if you are a non veg, you have a lot to try out. We went to celebrate the visit of a cousin and had a lot of choice even for me, who is a pukka veggie.
Ambiance:
There is hardly any place for kids to move around, And the place was really hot with a lot of open fire around in summer. The fans they had could hardly douse the heat waves. They were having live music but nothing to mention.
Cost:
I did not pay so I am not sure how much it cost:-) But I am sure it is not the cheapest of restaurants.
Recommendation:
Go hear as I stated, with your young friends, in a cold winter night, to slowly and leisurely eat your dinner.

Taken by surprise

I was under the impression this place is not good for vegetarians and only for meat lovers. I think it was proved wrong. had been there last month and was really impressed with ambiance, the staff were friendly and helped us distinguish the veg and non-veg guests. The deal was too good where they served a complimentary drink (alc and non-alc), unlimited barbeque starters with hot grill, buffet (with loads of veg/non-veg dishes, north Indian rotis and subzees). Overall the package was so filling it was just 425 per person. Though service charge was added at 4% and so the staff was strict at not taking tips. The staff took care to serve extra starters too. Overall experience was good.

Check this for best

THis restuarnt i heard and checked here, mixed reactions, I wanted to go here long time but waiting for right time, my birthday on 7th Aug , made booking for 12 people. It was decent conversation and the lady was helpful.I dont think any restaurant have soo much information given over phone, they just talk and take reservations.
When we reached it was really crowded.. it was not my concern, i had booked, and just worried as here reviews says have to wait.. no.. i had table ready though i was 10mnts early. DEcent ambience, lots of noise and full tables occupied, understood, this placed is good for food. Any place which is crowded it must be popular for something.
the guy in suit came introduced himself and started explaining the concept, which was interesting which he say nothing to order .. menu is fixed. The menu was fixed with 5 veg and 5 non-veg starters unlimited .. i was wondering how they serve, the grill with burning charcoal was placed on table.. then they asked anyone strictly veg.. if so they have speciall green plates.. wow.. that was god... saw flag on table says bend this to stop service.
The starters were served, really i was surprised how they serve prawns of good size and all other starters and maincourse and desserts for only 450? thats great.. the quality and quantity was great and delicous..
Service was great, no hesitation in serving, infact they were happy to serve more and more...
Nothing was bad, expect i was just worrying how they make mind( i am business minded)...
This restuarant will never forget in my mind..
Definetly this place is for not vegetrians..
Die hard non-veg can visit more than thousant times...
lots to write though i am tried of typing.. best place.. only great place in bangalore

Truly Unforgettable

I am often teased as being a food snob, which I candidly say I may be every now and again. But I believe in the saying there is a time and place for everything. This applies to seeking out the best of the best, so if my favourite Samosa Chat comes from a dundgy stall in the basement of a Brigade Road Store that also serves as a hangout for a man inflicted with leprosy, then so be it. These are the lengths I will go to for good food.

Hearing about Barbeque Nation and the deal where you pay around Rs. 250 and eat all you can I could only begin to imagine the nightmare of a meal it must serve up. I avoided the place for well over a year until relatives from out of town sprung a visit on us and my mother decided it was high time we try this "jolly good deal out". Bad, bad, bad thinking, I should always stick with my gut instinct, after all it is close enough to my stomach! We were brought skewers of paneer, chicken and if I recall correctly beef that we grilled ourselves at our table! Oh the fun of DIY dinners! A mish-mash "buffet" spread was next up, with everything from gloppy, gluey spinach and corn bake to watery dhal makhani. It truly was a disastrous meal. And if the insipid tasting food was not enough to make it an unforgetable meal, the next day half the family was running to the loo with upset tummies.

Dont beleive in the info shared on the phone

We had been to this place on 19.02.2012.To be on safer side we tried to do the table booking but we were informed that booking is closed and there is no seats available. We had tried to do booking on 18.02.2012 and had received the same response from the staff.
Despite the info shared by the staff we decided to have a walkin in 19.02.2012.
We found that the place was not as crowded as informed by the customer service representative. We were hardly made to wait for 15 min before we got a seat.
Thus I feel the staff was negligent and careless to pass wrong info to the customer and prevent the patrons from visiting the place.

Boooooooooooring!

It's been 300 years (okay, maybe 2-4) and I do not see much of a change in the vegetarian menu.
Same basting sauces. Check.
Same vegetables on sticks. Check.
Same aachari mushroom. Check.
Same smashed potato curd starter. Check.
Same bad main courses. Check. Nobody eats this unless they are fools, and B A Baracus pities them.
Same mediocre desserts. Check.

If you go to 1 BBQ Nation, it is like going to all the rest. I would much rather go to Barbecue Factory.

Boring food (Old glory decaying)

I visit BBQ nations at least 4 times a year but i have grown out of it because of same food served with no taste. The kebabs should be more tasty with a dash of spice. Also the main course is not tasty. But the dessert section is awesome.

I found another restaurant, "BBQ World" at Indiranagar offering same quality and quantity with better taste. The staff at BBQ world are very friendly and also serve turkey (which is a value add) in buffet. Hope to see more taste and variety at BBQ nations in coming times.

Awesome

The prawns and crabs are amazing here. I was served crab only on a couple of occasions in all my visits so it must have been some special. The live grill adds to ambience and its a lovely place to visit. The only issue is I tend to gorge on the starters and seldom complete the main course :)

One of a kind

I had-- I rate

BBQ buffet---4
ambiance was good. bit busy and crowded. need a bigger place for such food category.
and may be a bigger open space would make this a super hit than it is now

veg and non veg treat is good and at an apt cost.
can be cheaper but then all will flood the place.
I like it the way it is.

Not so good food

I had been there on a couple of occasions.
Saw many reviews which have a rating of 4/5. I guess these people dont know the actual taste of a good food.

The starters over there, are nothing but small pieces of flesh , heavy with masalas and a extra coating of butter.

Some times the kebabs are so small and half cooked. Its only a hype of having a grill in the center of the table. It doesnt serve the purpose of any acutally cooking. (if any one thinks of, this grill is for further cooking.) On more than one occasion, i meat was not cooked completely. Heavy with masala and colour.

Even the Veg stuff is no good either. They dont serve paneer on the grill. We have to tell them to get. They only serve things like corn cobs, some bad mushrooms, sour pine apple chunks over the grill.

And nothing much to talk about the main course.
They are just one of the many making restraunts, with a lot of hype around them.

Burrp!

Loved this place. Had heard about this from many people but tried it out on my Anniversary on Dec 3rd. Awesome is a small compliment. Ever since I saw 'Chinni Kum' was looking for the Zafrani Biryani that Bachchan talked about, and I found it here. The kebabs were superb too.

Would love to go here again and again. Food lovers who haven't visited the place please do so.

Keep it up BN!!!

Best Buffet in town

BBQ Nation has one of the best buffets in town though its a bit on the expensive side. Its really worth the money as you get a variety of sea food in the starters like prawns, fish apart from the regulars like chicken and mutton. Don't fill your tummy with starters though, there's the biggest spread of buffet you will ever find in Bangalore. What surprises me with this place is that even Vegetarians love this place due to the veg starters and the big buffet spread. Tip is to get there early by 7pm on weekday evenings and save 100 bucks off the price.

It was a night that i wont forget...

I was suggested bbq nation by my colleagues at work... wasnt aware of the surprises this place had to offer me. I visited this place with my friend and on my arrival had a glance at the hostess register seemed it was full seeing the bookings but .. i was lucky to get in without prior reservation... TIP: Do your reservation prior to your arrival to be on the safer side. I was comforted on a corner table couch style seating and took a while to absorb the ambiance. Its decorated with colourfull ribbons, lightnings and artifacts. Nothing that grt about it but its kind of "OKEY" because the noise of large tables in the restaurant were overpowering it... Cant really help it....:( Now the real fun starts when the waiter offered me a scroll menu which was unique, I loved it.... Didn't go through it completely finally managed to choose a veg and non veg buffet. The table was neatly turned and a charcoal furnace was placed in the table... "WOW what is that?" was the first thing came out of my mouth... You literally get a bbq grill on your table, something different from other restaurants... we were served practically unlimited different types of mouth watering starters. Didnt have space for more and then i realised we are still left with the mains and dessert... MY MY... thats crazzy... relaxed a bit sipped a coolers and headed for the buffet... The buffet spread was not huge but was enought for me as i was almost full with the starters... Guess what..? I found Gushtaab in the buffet, literally jumped with excitement. For the readers who are not familiar with Gushtaab, its a chopped mutton dish with spices cooked in oil, milk and curds a specialty in Kashmiri Wazwan meals... as we returned the table was cleaned and reset with fresh cutleries... "A WOW again..." even when the restaurant was full the service remained consistent. After having the mains we headed for the desserts... the restaurant laid a decent display of Indian and fusion desserts... they were Yummy... and so was our experience... Oh wait there is more in this place had to offer... We were served sweet pan and our hands were washed in a traditional way... never experienced that before... and finally we were offered a herbal tea which was superb... with all the pampering my expectations were touching the sky now... the only place that the service lacked was the billing... but it was okey... i can buy that... will deff. return with more....

Starters - all you can eat

The starters are why you should land up in this place, the main course can be easily overlooked and by the looks of it, seems the management wants you to do just that. Not a place to have a quiet dinner more a place where you can satiate your hunger especially if you have skipped a meal :). The main complaint about the starters is that it all tastes the same ( all bbq'ed). But still you get a lot of different meats for the price you are paying. The Desserts were a let down too, very unimaginative. So all in all for a person who relishes his meats a nice place to be in. One question why do they charge a service fee, should it not be upto the customer to decide whether a service charge need be payed ???

lovely , good foodie restuarant

I heard about barbeque nation quite long time couldn't make it as i was always travelling.. lucky my niece came from los angles, had to take her to Barbeque nation. I have seen many restuarnts acroos the world name is grill or barbeque but it was just restuarants to me. I had to book and reached the restuarant around 9.30pm, saw lots of vechicles , peoples at restuarant was bit worried where to park, a valet came in politely took my vechicle and gave e card. good hospitality.. went in the reception girl (kim) wish me and asked whether i had booking or not. I was worried so much guest waiting and i had to wait .. but she gave me the table told to follow another lady.. the table was ready. One Das with suite came and asked whether we have come before or not. when i said 1st time, he explained the concept in nice, till that i was wondering whats charcoal grill and barbeque.. First time in restaurant explaining the concept idea was great.. we were nonveg, they started getting all the starters , steawrd explaining the dishes and demostarted for us. it was my niece said what what an idea.. great idea, i started eat prawns, chicken, but couldnt stop, i ate all the 10straters which were really great and unbelievable, all the starters were good and there was soo much food, in buffet with biryani, mutton, chicken and crab, also veg with pasta north indian , i was wondering how they manage to serve soo much food for only Rs450/-. They were also desserts 7 types.. wow.. i ate couldn't stop me.. the whole experience was great..food was yummy.. and i became BN fan now.. i would see this restaurants hospitality was great.. the first restaurant where staff are smiling and ready to serve, they are happy to serve nad keep on servings, they was falg on table whic says to bend when we finish starters, graet..i would say everyone to visit this lovely restaurant for hospitality, great food and ambience too great.

Love the idea of having a mini barbeque at your own table. Love the idea of unlimited tasty finger licking starters. Good ambiance. Tasty main course, even better is the variety of desserts. Wonderful service. Absolutely have no complaints about it!
Oh yes, one little one, the starters are not often changed, so if you happen to go to the place very often, you might have to taste the same thing over and over again.

Losing its shine

I used to frequent this place with team only for dinners, as there's no way one can work after the scrumptous buffet.
I used to love this place. The best buffet in town, actually the best starters. Never gone beyond that as the main course isn't too appealing, you get the same food everywhere. I love the whole concept of live grill on your table where you can brush the sauces of your choice. The unlimited luscious prawns and fish i could eat the whole night if i had a camel stomach. They also used to serve some heveanly potato with yoghurt appetizer(don't remember the name) which isn't anymore. The rum based cocktails are lovely and go really well with the food.
Recently visited this place for lunch with team for a colleague's b'de, dreading how would i get back to work after all the food. We had to wait for 45 mins staring through the glass panes at the people tearing away the food. After the long wait we were shown the table, picked the compliementary drink which was good and started devouring the usual prawns and fish.. delicuous.. here my bbq dream ends.. coz the rest was a disaster.
Out of 7, 5 were vegetarians(including the b'de gal) and the veg food was pathetic. The worst ever i must say. On seeing the cajun style potatoes i mistook them for the other potato thingy i totally love and asked for a huge serving.. One mouthful and my taste buds were choking up. Had to drain down the drink to wash away the remnants...
The buffet price keeps rising with the food taste suffering.
Inspite of the repeated denials the waiter would coax to serve the food, which obv goes as a waste as we din't have the stomach
for more disasters. When asked if there is anything apart from whats been served, the waiter excitedly told us about the veg kababs which would take another 10 mins but are worth a try. We really hoped it would be worth the hype, i had a piece of it myslef, my tastebuds clamped ready for the assault, couldn't have the second bite. On seeing us the rest denied the veg kababs and again the waiter coaxed them till they allowed him to serve. When you say you wouldn't want to try something why force. It isn't that we wont pay you for the food.
If you are so eager to please then do present something thats delectable.

A ~500+tax for veg buffet with such pathetic food..total waste of money!

Good starters

The place is good for non-veg eaters with reasonable appetite. The skewers at the table is a great concept. It is unlimited and you can ask for seconds (or should I say nth) of the ones you liked. The food is not extraordinary but quite good. If you have a small appetite you will feel cheated at almost Rs 500 a head. The buffet spread isn't the greatest but still good. The dessert selection is great!!

Pre-cooked, and rather dull

My team at work loves this place, but I don't.

They serve loads and loads of pre-cooked and then re-warmed skewers of meats.

The vegetarian selection is pretty dull so the veggies on my team are not so happy there.

The side buffet of salads and stuff is just ok. A biryani, some dal, soup and some salads.

I had a bit of delhi-belly after one trip there, and that wasn't nice.

I'm hoping I can avoid going back.

the best roof top dining in blr

Plus: Decent ambience, Roof top dining, a live band (they take requests), battery of appetizers, array of deserts, good service. wat more can u ask for. I am totally for it!

Minus: Main course is not attractive. Dal makhani, of all things! Build your appetite for the desert section.
No separate 'No smoking' zone.
Waiting lounge is perenially crowded.
Special attention given if you put up an accent when you speak to the receptionist. :)

Price: High end one. but totally worth it if u r a desertarian :) A must-go, but not when u r treating ur friends.

Special Star: The head chef came over and presented the mushrooms the way we wanted. Something we liked very much.

An overall 'Do Check it out'.

No complaints

In all honesty, you shouldn't go there if you are
1. Expecting some super high-end cuisine;
2. You are veggie.

Before going here, ensure you know what to expect:
Lots of non-veg roasted / grilled / kebab kinda stuff, all reasonably well made and reasonably priced. Good service. Not too much of variety.

And you will not be disappointed.

A novel concept

Barbeque Nation is spread across two floors (ground floor and the covered terrace above the first floor). If you are going on weekends, it is recommended that you book your table on the terrace.

The concept: Your dinner starts with a selection of 10 starters (5 veg and 5 non-veg) which include chicken, mutton, fish, prawns, paneer and veg. The starters are unlimited and they really mean it!!! You can also order your favorite cocktails, liquors, beer or non-alcoholic drinks.

The starter section is followed by a decent buffet dinner (choice of veg/non-veg soups, range of salads, main-course consisting of 3-4 non-veg and veg dishes, mutton biriyani, a pasta dish and nice selection of deserts including pastries, icecream, soufflé and gulab jamun)

Price: The dinner is priced at Rs.400 per person and the cocktails range from 150 to 250. Beer is Rs 100 for a pint. Overall, great value for money!!!

Ambience: Nicely done interiors and terrace. Also, there was live music by a group of foreigners. (Don’t know if this is a regular feature)

Barbeque Nation is located near the Airport Road flyover (immediate left after the flyover when coming from Koramangala to Indiranagar)

This place is good for a large gang for special occasions. Cashing-in on good location seems to be the intention here.

I work in the nearby tech park and hence for a good number of official outings we endup considering this restaurant as an option due to its proximity. The food variety, quality, the ambience and even the service, everything is just about mediocre.

So will keep going while the tab is on the US bosses but otherwise i wouldn't recommend.

Okey Dokey!

Now this is a place that is or should I put it rightly "was" truly amazing once upon a time. I have been here twice, the first time in Oct '07 and on May day this year. I had been raving about this place to my friends and finally on a very hot summer afternoon met up with three of my friends there for what I expected to be a wonderful lunch. It started off well...with the starters coming along as per the menu or that's what I thought, until I noticed that the chap there was serving me only two of the five veg starters. Guys, tell me how much can I stuff myself with paneer? Anyways I had to bring it to the notice of three different waiters that I would want to tickle my taste buds with something other than paneer. It was after waiting for some harrowing 15-20 mins that I was brought some other starter....something made out of potatoes and which I suspect was hastily put together. Sadly being the only vegetarian at the table had its cons. My friends on the other hand had no complaints. The non-veg fare was very good I must say from what I could make out from my friends.

Finally we were done with our lunch and looked forward to the desserts sections that sadly had a few empty plates. When I brought it to the notice of the manager that they had run out of chocolate doughnuts, the next thing I see is that a plate of doughnuts that have been cut into half was plonked on the table. Smart indeed! That way they were able to feed a lot many sweet teeth!

In a nutshell my second visit to this much talked about restaurant was quite disappointing to say the least. Paying Rs. 506 for such a lunch is sadly a complete waste of ones hard earned money. One thing to end this on a postive note would be that the people who are non-vegetarians should not have much to complain about except for the near empty desserts section. Wicked, ain't I?

If you can binge, binge here

I'm a little surprised people have rated this place as mediocre, poor or average. I guess it's because they went in expecting one thing, but ended up getting something else. The whole idea of having the unlimited starters, grilled on your table is so that you could eat and enjoy as much as possible on the starters rather than have starters as mere appetizers. I know that's the primary purpose of an appetizer, but that's not what the restaurant advertises itself as. If you like something, eat away! One point though, I wouldn't reccomend this place to a vegetarian; it's simply not worth the money you spend.

I didn't find the main course buffet spread to be bad as someone previously had posted. Sure, there weren't a gazillion dishes, but what was there was decent, and the array of desserts was simply wonderful, not just look wise, but taste wise as well. If you were too full after your starters and couldn't get to the desserts for fear of bursting your tummy, that's your fault.

The ambiance is not bad, but I've certainly seen better. The place is clean, but the music isn't so great; they might as well turn it off. Look at Barbeque Nation as a place where you need to try to do paisa vasool, so eat as much as you can (not until you can fall sick) and see if you can get your money's worth in terms of quantity; the quality will be there.

Barbequed

Went here with a friend of mine. The service is good. Though getting a table on a Friday evening without prior reservations proved to be a difficult job. The starters served were quite good. I had a go at both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian starter, and I thought that the non-veg ones were better. W ended up eating so much of starters that we didn't have the heart (or the stomach) to go for the buffet dinner. Had a go at the desserts though. Nice variety. But not all items were good. The pastries, gulab jamuns, and the brownie were good. But the mango souffle and the gajar halwa were not really as good as I have expected. All in all considering the price, this is a good restaurant to visit occasionally. I would give it 3.5/5.

Gastronomic disaster

I have been to Barbeque Nation twice and swore that i will never go back there again. I must commend them on the concept though very different from the other restaurants around. However every time I ate there ended up giving a very bad stomach, you might suggest its my immune system that might be weak - but let me assure you that all my friends and family that accompanied my on both occasions suffered the same ordeal.

On the brighter side (if you get over rumbling stomach syndrome) - the service is fairly good, the ambeince is nice and its good VFM.

You better be wearing loose pants!!!

ok lets admit it, the food here is relatively normal, its just that the experience here is totally different from your normal restaurants.

the sauces, the decor, and the fact that its a eat till you drop- kind of place makes this a must eat in any foodies list....

not much for the vegies though, this place wasnt made keeping them in mind..

food -8/10
concept- 10/10

enjoy the view, enjoy the feel, enjoy the food.

Bon appetite!!!

Over Hyped

I should admit that I have been to this place a couple of time over the past 18 months and each time I have always wondered what took me back. The answer was actually pricing and maybe the ambience.
The food is very average at best, everything tastes the same and you dont go away with a good feeling in your somach for some reason, u just eat there because u need to put something in your stomach or u cant think of any place nearby.
Service can be patchy especially when you ask for a second helping of prawns.Take care not to be stuffed with cheap vegetarian fare... they do this so that you have no space for anything else.

Good Food but Nothing Else

I've said before that food is not everything. The experience is the final factor in all my decisions (rgd restaurants) and this was definitely not good.

Four of us had gone here and found it quite wanting. All four of us are Veggies and the number of available dishes were just not enough. Also, the concept is quite nice but Barbeques are meant to be held in the great outdoors with lots of space around... the lack of which is like a slap in the face. The heat from having so many open fires is not good, and to that the heat of the day and you get the feeling you're being barbecued.

Food was good, but nothing else.

Best in India

I had visited this restaurant earlier, it was one of best restuarant ever seen. The satndard and the quality which no five star can give, Restaurant in bangalore is dull in front of this restaurant.
The BN says, 10 starters actually, but they serve more than that. It was good deal and know what goes out of pocket. the kebabs are very tasty, the staff are courteous. I was told 20mnts of waiting though i have not reserved, they gave in 10mnts. The desk in front girls were good helping served drinks at waiting. None of restaurant does this.. The know all the hospitality culture and somebody told about this restaurant belongs to sayaji. I know sayaji, where they give value for customer. The staff are not hestitating to serve prawns or chicken. They want guest to enjoy till u say stop by bending flag. great we cooked lots of prawn and chicken and marinated ourselves. This is true experience and i wish whenever i get time i will visit this place , and will be my favourite.

BBQ in JP Nagar the best of the lot

I had been to the JP Nagar branch of the BBQ Nation thrice in the last 3 months and also been to the Koramangala (thrice) and the Indiranagar (once).
I have immensely enjoyed the food served in the JP Nagar outlet. Since I am a meat eater I have found their NV grills extremely innovative each time I visited them. They have a nice variety of prawns each time and the meat was soft and tender.
The service level also is good and it was an overall enjoyable experience for me till now.

Lovely Place

It was lovely place. The value for mone as they say, it was best hospitality restaurant in town. I was told that this place to viist and i had booked in advance. When i visit there saw huge crowd, and i was worried that i am in wrong place. But to my surprise , i was given table kept ready for me.
That was committment from restaurant.
when i sat i was explained the concept, which i liked it more. This never happens anywhere. They started serving and i was helped to cook and marinte my own choice. What a great idea. Cooking on my table., it is possible in barbeque nation only. Ther were happy to serve and i was eating... unlinited.. for the price of 450.. not believe .. then have to visit. Chicken, mutton, fish and prawns were all good. poatoes, were best. Mainvcourse and the display kitcen looks great. neat and clean. the spraed was good, i tried just some salads and muuton biryani. The birayni was very tasty and delicous. desserts gulab jamun was great. everybody in bangalore should visit this place. Lovely place with smiling staff helping and happy to serve.

With a dozen of other fine dining restaurants struggling to find business on the weekdays, this place is packed to the last seat. They dont entertain walk in guests, please book before you plan a dinner.
I must say the food is just average, any BJN group restaurant or the newly opened LAjawaab serves better food any day. But wait there is a value perception. Unlimited starters including prawns, fish, tangdi kabab is all food lovers dream come true.
BTW I found the biriyani really good this time.

OK for NVEG

Ambiance - Well if you are looking for a quiet evening this is definitely not the place. There was live music which was ok.

Service - Was prompt in the beginning but when they realised we were in for a long haul, they were nowhere to be seen :)

Food :
Starters - For nveg it was great, chicken in mustard sauce, fish in mango sauce, prawn, mutton seekh and regular chicken seekh. Alas my veggie friends had the worst time. Actually it was on a recommendation of a veggie friend that we went to BBQN. Maybe it was not the veggies' lucky day. They keep on serving the starters till you are full or so we thought. They did not think that we would last very long but to their dismay they were the ones who did not last serving. I wonder that 2 of us nveggies inflicted such a damage, wonder what would have happened if there were more.

Main Course - It is a disaster, nothing to talk about, mutton biryani was not upto the mark, thought of trying the crab, but the capsicum in it put me off. Well nothing else to talk about, that's it.

Deserts - I would rate it average.

Overall - For Rs. 400/- nveg starters are great, almost worth the money. Had it not been for their disappearing act in the latter stages, would have given them a 3.

Horrible experience at Horrible prices

I have been to 3locations in blore of Barbeque nation. The first experience of them is: ARROGANT. Horribly arrogant people to receive you. Incase you were to do a phone booking, the answer would be please dont come we are full.Second: the food is not atall upto the mark to be any premium place to be sought after. Completely misleading place. Third: they serve food as if we are asking it for free. Not expected from a premium restaurant like this.

Bahar be queue

We ended up with a booking et al courtesy family at the Indiranagar restaurant. Went there on a Sunday night and the restaurant was crowded. First impressions my god...this is a large place.
The wait was friendly and explained the concept well enough. And then started the procession of items....Fish, Prawns, Chicken and Mutton grills with only the prawns and one of the chicken being done on the table. For the rest of the veggie crowd there were loads of potatoes or looked like it anyways.
The grills were average and so was the buffet that followed.
Strong Points:
Nice and unique concept , decent decor
Weak Points:
Average food ( but I suspect at Rs.400 this is what they could offer)
260 seater restaurant- I would believe too large and that probably explained the lag in service and the wait between.I feel a smaller restaurant but in more numerous locations would probably help in bettering service and also quality of food.
Uniqueness can't be the sole selling point for too long and if the basics like food remain average I would suspect they would become just another average place.
Pity though...a concept like this deserves better

You better have a good appetite!

Barbeque Nation is a nice joint for all those who have a huge appetite :)

The starters are good and are placed in a barbeque that is built into the table and ...they don't stop serving you!!!

You may want to hold off on eating all those starters, 'coz there is a buffet spread as well! I did not care much for the buffet spread as it is the same stuff that you would get at any other restaurant.

Two things that did not make my experience great at Barbeque Nation- We had paid 800 bucks and lost our appetite after the huge starters. So for me it was not value for money. They have to learn how to manage the crowd. There were people standing across the reception area and made it difficult for us to enter the buffet section.

Beware Valet Parking here

Hi,

I went to BBQ nation this weekend and while I have no complaints about either the food or the ambience, the valet parking facilities herre were a big let-down. Would like to warn people who hand over their cars to the valet - i believe there is a racket on to steal fuel. My fuel tank was half-full, when i handed over my keys but when I got behind the wheel again (a couple of hours later), it was only 1/4 full! The reason it was so noticeable was because I had just refuelled en route to BBQ-Nation, Indiranagar.
Anyone reading this post and planning a visit to this restaurant, BE WARNED!

My team loves it. I don't.

They love the "all-you-can-eat" and the self-help, gorge yourself aspect of it.

I don't like the semi-to-mostly cooked arrival of meat upon meat upon meat. The fish is pretty good, but the rest is mediocre.

I vastly prefer a good Korean barbeque table where you actually get to cook the food and you get a huge variety of side dishes with it.

Different concept

The following is my rating Barbeque Nation. We headed to Barbeque nation for an office party this week.

Ambience: The ambience of the place is very good. Tables very nicely laid out, soothing interiors. There is a place in every table for placing the barbeque over the fire. The people who were serving us were very courteous, and they explained the concept of the whole restaurant. Only negative thing being that the place can get really crowded

Food: They serve you unlimited barbeques to start with. Some of them like the roasted potatoes ad the cottage cheese barbeque were good. The others like the corn and the veg-fruit barbeque were pretty ordinary. Most people around seemed to like only the first two ones. The buffet part consisted of a soup, different salads with strange combination of ingredients like the corn pomegranete salad etc. There was lasagne and pasta which were pretty decent. There was the usual rice, dal and two gravies and rotis.
The food was a pretty normal fare I should say. They said that there were 20 varieties of desserts, but we could find some 4-5 of them.

Value for money: Good for office parties, as the ambience is right for it. Not a place to hang out with your spouse or a friend. Priced ok for the ambience and the variety.

In short, decent place, nothing great or bad about it, but yes, nice concept!

The DIY experience

The Do it yourself experience of making your own barbeque is a really unique one. The waiters would keep you busy with their 90% cooked grills coming your way, hence talking over food (especially a dinner date) is kind of impossible. The buffet after the barbeque session is pretty good, though personally I feel that this place is a bit overhyped. The barbeques especially the veg ones could be a bit better in terms of taste and quality.

Bad experience....

Well...I have been told by one of my friend to visit the Barbe----que Nation and apparently I decided to take my friend Leon (who is from Romania, and is first time in India) on his birthday to this very place.
As i have promised him a nice evening i have called up B-que Nation around 6:30 asking for a table,a girls books my reservation for 2 and also takes my number and confirms for 9:30.
We arrive at the place tell the doorman or whoever in the reception and also shows him my name which was there in the list.he says 10 mins...we wait for 10 mins..then this guy is no where to be seen..another guy comes in...we tell him...he says"o i am getting you a table right away"..and then like wise 20 minutes..whereas i can see other guys getting table may be after 10 minutes wait or so....
finally it was 30 minutes my friend got annoyed and he went to ask the guy and the guy was speech less and did not respond at all to his query...i know the rush was heavy and the staff was trying the best...but it really marked a bad experience for both of us...from now onwards i would not go to this place as i felt the hospitality to the customer was really bad which should have been great in a resturant of such fame...
even my friend who will be coming to India on a regular visit would not come to this place and not recomend either to any good friends of mine or his...
I don't know if this review would make any difference to the resturant staff or managements attitude to people, but just thought of revealing my BAD experience..
thanks,
Siddhartha.

Value for money

This was first time visited this restaurant. Lots of my colleagues told me about this , to reserve table and go..ohh but i missed it.
I had to wait for 10mnts which was ok for me and my family, but hospitality was good. The person in reception was too good and kind and understand we have baby he took only tens mnts.
The concept which was well explain by waiter and the grill on table made us exciting..and we were hungry. The starters with skwers cooking ourself , this concept may be new to Bangaloreans..sure everybody will like.
I ate all starters and more more prawns. They charge on 400 plus tax. thats good.
Ambience is rusty wooden all good and simple. Service too was good.
Bur the service by smiling guys was great.
surely bangaloreans should visit this place.

Kebabs cannot be made by everyone

I grew up in Delhi where Kebab recipes are protected with life - bar-be-que or otherwise and you WILL travel 40 kms 1 way if you have to, if you want to eat a particular kebab. I don't think I am certified to make kebabs and I only learnt it the hard way that prawns cook way quicker than mutton. Overall the food was OK and this place can be given a pass easily. The chicken meat turned into rubber and prawns don't really go well with all the sauces present. The service attitude is very 1970s where a waiter is trying to please you in all the wrong ways and I can't really have a "new-age" conversation in a place with a "new-age" concept. The dal makhani and the small gulab jamuns were great though!

To sum it all up:
Go there for:
- A decent buffet (but might be overpriced)
- Valet parking

Stay away because:
- You are a kebab fanatic and this does not do justice at all
- Your conversation WILL be heard by people sitting 2 tables away because of the way things look cramped in here

Reminds me of Brazil

Well the food is great and Guess I took my profit out of the Shrimps, while my sweetheart kept space for the sweet end.
The place reminds me of Brazil, similar concept except in PORCAO the meats comes in skewers and long as you have the green on it keeps your plate full, and the waiters are CRAZY and it does change the environment, to casual one.
Personally I would love BBQ Nation to be a little more crazy but I am not sure if We as Indians(with no offence to class service hunters) are ready to experince a rash service....
Well but that is just me...... do try the martini they are great too.

We tried Barbeque Nation after reading the review in TOI. Liked the place due its ambience and the food concept. You can start with unlimited barbeque starters spreading over 11 veg & non-veg items. The spread is excellent. However,we got to taste about five of them as the place was very busy and probably ran out of stock on that particular day. The main course is buffet and you can pick up whatever you like.

Overall a nice experience.

Enjoyed The Experience

I went to Barbeque Nation along with my brother and sister for a Sunday lunch. It was my first time there although my brother was a regular to Barbeque Nations in Lucknow and Delhi earlier. I was actually really happy with the starters, they were really tasty, especially prawns and fish. I loved the concept of a barbecue on your table which was new to me. We almost spent an hour eating just the starters. They were that good. In the meantime, we ordered chocolate mock-tails and it tasted like bournvita, not at all acceptable at such a well known place. So we decided to still with the buffet. When we started our main course, the food was mediocre. It din't stand out like the starters. Finally when we had our desserts, we were totally disappointed with the buffet. I got a plate loaded with each of the desserts served and I just pecked on the food. All the cakes were bad. The ice cream and gulab jamun were the only desserts which could be eaten without complaint.

The service was really fast and they were very friendly, even though it was a weekend and all the tables were full. You will feel like appreciating them on that. When my brother gave feedback after the dining, the manager himself came and apologized for the desserts. He also got a call in 2 days about the issue. That is remarkable.

All in all, it is a good deal, considering the price and the unlimited meal offer on that. But I bet everyone should fill their stomachs with their starters and don't bother much about the desserts. :)

Awesome Experience

This time I had to go for a veg buffet at BBQ Nation and I was not at all looking forward to it since the last time I went here, I just loved the non veg starters and din't expect anything from the veg section of this place as in the end barbecues are best when its meat. :P We were seated on the second floor and there was live music at that time, which unfortunately wasn't there on the first floor, the last time I visited, so I loved the dining more than last time.

The service seemed slower than last time though earlier visit was on a weekend. But still it is far better than many places out there. We had Indian grill veg, paneer peshwari tikka, peri peri mushroom, cajun spiced potato, Indonesian bbq fruit (corn, banana and pineapple) for the starters and all of them were good. I still love their non veg starters, maybe I can't help but compare. :D

We had a wide range of main course dishes too but we couldn't eat anything more, so we decided to try the starters. The starters were actually better this time, the menu constituted badami kheer, chocolate brownie, assorted pastry, mango cheese cake, nut pie, gulab jamun, ice cream, phirnee and cut fruit. All of them were lot better than last time and I was actually happy that I came to see that they improved on this front.

I guess everyone does this when they go to BBQ Nation, but we just told the waiter that it was the birthday of one of the friends in my group and though he denied, the waiter ended up getting the cake and the singers dedicated a birthday song for him. We got a very cute cake for this and they even packed it for us to takeaway. Though it was very difficult not to laugh at that point, it was still fun. :)

And I guess I left the place feeling more satisfied than last time, be it due to the ambiance on the second floor or the improvement in the desserts section or being proved wrong that veg would be a bad choice here. Definitely recommended for everyone!

The Great Service

Well definitely when ever I pass indranagar remember the time I was in BBQ Nation with my family the staff are committed to give good service I pointed to the waiter that the crabs were not good he made sure he got me another pronto.... the food and the ambiance goes without saying is just great and off late their dance and the crowd cheering them is something to watch for , only drawback is booking in advance you will need to book in advance as the place is always full, why would it not be , its a great place to be in

Not so great anymore

Loved eating @BBQnation, Bombay & Chennai. But the last time we went to BBQ (@ Indiranagar) the quality seemed to have deteriorated, unless ofcourse my taste buds have evolved ;)
Just Not tasty enough
And sadly quite unimaginative too - the buffet spread is exactly what they had when they first started the chain - I really like their dal makhni , but how many times can u have it darn it. And pls dont tell me the idea is that u won't move on to the main course coz u're too full with their bbq'ed starters, coz the starters NOW taste like some amateur-self-proclaimed-chef came up with the masala combo.
BBQ Nation needs to update itself and go abt some serious quality checks.

Giving a 3 only coz u cud still take someone who hasnt been before and get a reaction out of them for the on-the-table-self-BBQ- concept.

Good but needs variety

The starters were good as usual and maybe as far as kebabs go one cannot have too much variance, the potato starters is great not to missed even by the most hardened/self professed non vegetarian ONLY, the buffet however badly needs to be pepped up it is much to boring and ordinary, the desserts are o.k. nothing to write home about

Place for starters and desserts

Been to this place multiple times...so don't have write much. I found this place to be really good, known for starters and desserts. Variety is not just for non veg but extended to veg as well. One suggestion - to have complete three course meal, balance your diet at each course else you'll end up like me flying directly to desserts after starters :) which BTW is not a bad choice.

stones

I am a great fan of this place and have been here on many occasions with my colleagues. but my last visit made me mad as I found stones in my food and my colleague was showered with hair in his.
the management was apologitic and waived the bill, also insisted we take a complementary cake with "sorry" written on it which we declined as we lost our appetite by then.
guess they give out quite of few of these sorry cakes to try to get back upset guests and this seems to be working as they have quite a crowd.
however they must work on this problem by maintaining better hygiene

Super fine experience and can eat healthy

The almost non-stop starters on the barbecue on the table has a lot of variety; it is a heaven for those who eat non-veg. The starters must be treated as main course in this place; many get confused and might get disappointed with the normal looking main course and desserts. Go hog on the starters for a hour o more and you will love the place.

Great buffet spread yummy starters n hurriedservic

This place drags me again and again for the yummy starters and great food.

Been to this place with 2 of my friends on september 5th.
We were seated in the roof top area. The ambience was ok. Its better in the ground floor.
just have few things to mention
My friends choose veg buffet and I opted for non veg buffet.
1. The starters 5 veg and 5 non veg are all great and tasted yummy.
2. The service seems to be hurried as the waiters are in a bit rush .
Guess they can have one person dedicated to a table so that the guests dont keep on waiting.
My friends ordered for few drinks and first thing the order was not taken properly and they got a wrong drink for one of my friend.
Good thing was they checked upon it and corrected it back in a while.
But while serving the drinks could sense the feel of hurried ness as the ice cubes were dropped on the table while serving the drinks .
They took time while getting the soda n coke.
And no one bothered to ask for a repeat as well.R they so busy even on a weekday ?
Gotaa check on this part of the service.
Coz till date I remember whn even I visit BBQ nation - i have 2 reasons in mind - service and food
But noticed few glitches in the service this time.

this is THE place for grill!!

No matter how old it gets, I would still call it the best place to have live grilled food.. and that too.. unlimittedddddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!! The best part about it is.. Thrs something for all.. be it a carnivore like me :D .. or our poor herbivore friends. ;)
One must particularly try the Prawns.
Plus the open air ambience makes it a good place to enjoy a nice Bangalore evening weather.
The service is pretty fast and not a pricey place to hog.. :)

Served with a complimentary drink and wide range of grilled prawns and chicken kababs this place is a must go .

Bbq nation

The first thing that comes to mind is VALUE FOR MONEY. The food is great and the ambience too. Though all the courses are good, I would advise you to concentrate on the starters and desserts since the main course is just regular fare. The best part is that they regularly throw in complimentary food like extra starters, cakes for special occassions etc. This is a good place to go if you are going with a big gang of people.

Good but monotonous

This a cumulative review for all the BBQ nations around Bangalore.Team outings and get together with friends has made me try all in blore. 3 visits to Kmanagala, 1 JP, 1 whitefiled, 2 indiranagar. The best being the one in JP nagar and the least is the first one in bangalore i.e in Indiranagar. All have the same interior decor and an option of roof top terraces..not sure abt the one in whitefiled though. The starters are good and u do fill 90 % of your tummy with them. The veg/fish/prawn/mutton/chick/ options are over whelming but the novelty of the idea of a grill at your desk as well as the constant bombardment of skewers on them looses out its charm after the second visit. The options/taste/ is same and montonous. The main course and the dessert are so similar all the times and at all the outlets that it is quite a bore. The waiters are asked to constantly keep the grills full and coax you to eat more. Observed that it is consistent across all outlets . The refreshers drink options are pathetic. The desserts have the same 6 options all the time . Well what I am getting at is that you guys really need to re-invent yourselves...There is a mass produced feel to everything.... need to make it more personal and tweak your menu quite a bit

Don't Visit if You Are With Ladies!

Believe it or not, I have been in the city for 8 years and never visited this place! And I'm pretty sure I'll never visit it now.Went to the Indiranagar restaurant on 15th June with my hubby and relatives, after telling them about the awesome spread here. The moment we entered, I had to get embarrassed because of a waiter leching at our lady guest. We ignored it (shouldn't have) and went upstairs. There, the same waiter repeated the same thing. Obviously we couldn't stay there after such incidents. The management seemed quite casual about the whole incident which was even more shocking. I don't know if anyone from the management team will pay attention to this review, but I had to put it on this forum, so that no one else faces such a situation.

Good BBQ !!!

Anyone and everyone with their offices around Indiranagar or Koramangala would've visited BBQ Nation, at least once. I've been to BBQ Nation many a time, right from the days of it being just a single-outlet restaurant with a weekday buffet costing around Rs.320 or so with taxes and a free welcome drink (great excuse for some people to down a beer during office hours :P) !!! Cut to today, the prices have gone up by 100 percent and more but their quality and taste hasn't been compromised.

The USP of BBQ Nation is the D-I-Y grill on the table which allows you to BBQ your starters, the way you want, with your choice of sauces (from the ones given on your table). The grill on the table and the flag concept to indicate your willingness to continue with more starters was quite radical and revolutionary (at least in India) at one point of time. The starters are quite delicious, especially the BBQ Chicken and Mutton Seekh. The latter is my personal favourite. But Vegetarians are going to be disappointed big time with their set of starters.

I've always felt that the Main Course at BBQ Nation has been their weak point. There is inconsistency in their offerings - the Biriyani being a case in point. I don't know if this step-motherly treatment towards the Main Course is slightly deliberate on their part, considering that most people would gorge themselves on the starters and thus would barely be in a position to savour the Main Course in its entirety. Nonetheless, on occasions, I have been pleasantly surprised with some of their Main Course dishes.

Contrary to many an opinion, I feel that the Dessert spread at BBQ is quite large and fantastic. I have lost count of occasions when I've skipped the Main Course or have just barely indulged in it and instead, moved on to the Desserts. Just binging on Starters and Desserts and then drudging back to work has been the story on many an occasion.

The ambience is decent, functional while the service is quite efficient and at times, a tad chaotic when the restaurant is full. But no cause for any complaints as such.

Verdict :- 1) A place where you can and will eat like it is your "last supper" !! Fantastic for non-veg starters, bordering on abysmal for veggie starters. Decent Main Course and pretty darn good collection of desserts.
2) VFM is more towards the expensive side, but then it is a niche "product, despite the sprouting of many poor replicas like The Black Pearl etc. But nothing to beat the original !!!

Not More Than Once a Month

Whenever we go to Barbecue Nation we gorge, the grills in the starters vary in the tenderness of the meat but a nice burnt flavor from the grill really helps to get the juices flowing.

Don't look at the main course because it is usually fairly average, just fill yourself to the brim with starters and then eat some dessert to get some closure on your meal.

They have an early bird discount, so if you are looking to go any evening, try going before 7:30 and you get almost 200 knocked off the price.

I love the place but I always end up overeating so I would recommend you only go here once a month to satisfy those guilty urges of yours, not more.

If you are a foodie and love eating non-veg then this is the place to be but that does not mean that veg here isn't good.. although its a buffet system here the starters will be brought up to your table and kept on the grill and also the deserts here are mouth watering and also the ambiance here is good .
You will only stop eating as your stomach will be ready to burst and you can't shove down anything in your throat

Worth the money - good, consistent spread

I need to give Barbeque Nation more credit than I usually do. They have introduced a bunch of live counters, completely revamped their dessert section, and have started having quarterly themes to keep them ahead of the game. The starter list, which we have seen and eaten since practically epoch, with the Cajun potatoes (love them!), garlic prawns, sheekh kebab, baby corn, roasted pine apple (!), paneer kebab and the others, some changes happen based on the season and promotions. Though the price is quite high, if there’s a big team gathering, this is one of the best venues in the city. It’s easy enough to get reservations, and there are outlets in practically every area that counts!

The ambiance is busy and bustling, with enough number of waiters at your service and attending to you. On birthdays they do their happy dance, which probably embarrasses more than pleases. The service is extremely prompt. Best to try and get the early bird discount, saves a couple hundreds off your bill.

Superb Food

Its a delight for non-veg as well as vegetarians.Superb setup where you can your own kebabs on table top grill and enjoy all the items from buffet. The style of buffet was excellent with a brazier in the middle of the table. The mouth watering starters are excellent. Chicken Tikka, Mutton Seekh Kebab strongly recommended. The place can be quite noisy at times with larger groups.
