Located not very far from Lilavati hospital, Bandra, Bungalow 9 is a place to take your so. because it’s perfect! Set in a lovely Goan home, they’ve masked it with an ambiance made for love birds. The menu here is an eclectic mix of Asian and Continental food such as Curried Lamb Empanadas, Arancini, Yakitori, et al. After you devour the food, the desserts here are one of a kind; we’d recommend Jack Daniel’s Whiskey Ice cream or a simple Tiramisu made with Saviordi instead of the usual sponge base.

Olive Beach has been in Bangalore for a decade but after reinventing themselves, they’ve been a city favourite for the love birds. No wonder our Bangalore folks voted it the Best Romantic Restaurant. The décor is minimalistic and stunning, dotted with cane furniture along the walls. While you’re here, we’d recommend Brie En Croute, Crab Cakes and Souvlakis.

This delightful restaurant on the Coromandel Coast needs no introduction. Usually known for their appetizing seafood and sweeping views stretching until the horizon, there could be no other place more romantic in the whole city. Warm summer evenings or pleasant winter afternoons, both make for the best time to be here, perhaps in their private dining areas. While you’re here, we’d recommend Parmesan & Thyme Risotto or Honey Ginger Pork Ribs for a wholesome meal.

Perched atop a statuesque tower, The Minar – Jewel of Nizam at The Golconda Resort is voted the Best Romantic Restaurant in Hyderabad. The décor, as the name says is reminiscent of the Nizam’s opulence and grace; it’s decked with chandeliers, antique cutlery, et al. A meal at this lake view restaurant is no less than a meal with the royalty. Bask in the culinary grandeur with eats such as Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Mutton Rogan Josh, Neesha Jheenga amongst others so that you can savour the taste of royalty. Apart from these we’d also recommend Kaju Malai ki Seekh and subz Dum Biryani if you’re up for some vegetarian Nizami delights.
The Bridge – Floatel, Kolkata
