I remember visiting this place, just a day after it opened. After that I went there a couple of times more.
If you want a north indian preparation of kulche.. they offer a good variety of kulche.. served with chhole, and chutney.
You can accompany that with lassi, however i would advise you to specially give instruction to not put milk cream over lassi. It smells awful. The lassi however is good.
You may have to wait longer as the staff is not very well trained, but not so longer as any restaurant.
