Jain Patrons - 'Not For You'

Despite of the fact that this restaurant is located on C G road, which falls in the Ellisbridge area comprising of more than 50,000 Jain residents, this restaurant does not offer adequate amount of Jain food preparations.
Unlike other places which are willing to customise almost all the preparations on their menu for Jains or Swaminarayan Satsangis without onion & garlic, this place has only 4/14 options when it comes to Indian food - main course and 5/20 for starters.
Nothing in paneer or kofta is available, which happens to be the favorite pick for all Gujaratis.
Masala papad came without the bits of cucumber unlike other places I have been eating out.
One bowl of subzi here would suffice two people with moderate apetite.
The cream of broccoli soup & Sunshine salad we had ordered was too good.
I would give a thumbs down to the cheese nan they served which apparently was just the nan without any cheese.
Although the washroom sports an automatic soap dispenser, I guess they forgot to put a trash can to dispose the used paper napkins.
