Fluffy Khaman and Sev Khamani
Khaman is a tasty favourite of Gujaratis and Non Gujaratis alike. Actually, Das Khaman is not like the fluffy nylon khaman as it is made from vateli dal (ground lentils). The regular variety is good but the Dahi Khaman is simply superb.
I also wanted to draw your attention to another variation of this dish that many of you may love, and it is called the Sev Khamani. It is basically khaman, broken down into powder rather than the chunks you are used to seeing, topped with sev (thin indian noodles made of gram flour), pomegrenate, green coriander and spices.

Fan of khamans
I've always been a fan of this Das Surti Khaman place. Their speciality is the khaman (obvious, eh?), but do try their sandwich dhoklas as well.
The stuff is just too yumm and I am sure you'll love it.

For Farsan Fans
If you belong to the farsan fan community then you must have not missed out on this place.
Its one of the best farsan places in ahmedabad.
It offers delicacies like Khandvi, Wati Dal Na Khaman, Dhokla, Navtal Samosa, Chinese Samosa, Dahi Khaman, Patra, Sev Khamani, Falrahi Bafwada & Chawana..
One an always find a herd of Farsan lovers outside the shop.

Best Gujarati Farsan In The City!

These are some of my Das Khaman house favourites!!
And you know what if you have a bulk order for a party or get together they would even home deliver stuff for you, i have done it in the past and my experience was very good!!
