Cafe Mangii

Khar West
Junction of Khar Pali and 14th Road, Off Linking Road, Khar West, Mumbai
11:00 am to 01:30 am
Cafe Mangii, has transformed its charming ambience to a premium styled Italian all day dining restaurant. Adorned with intricate brick-walls, plush antique wood decor and the endless number of contemporary glow bulbs radiating from chandeliers. Cafe Mangii surely portrays rustic Italian architecture at its best. Bandras gastronomes can relish delectable breakfast and high teas in between lunch and dinners and can really be spoilt for choice when it comes to the flavoursome sandwiches & breads, all hand-picked from its deli and patisserie. Cafe Mangiis culinary journey also includes a whole new menu dedicated to naughty cappuccinos and cocktails coupled with heady wines and delicious desserts to complete the experience. Cafe Mangii is well-known for its wood-fired oven pizzas. The restaurant adopts the traditional brick-oven technique that one would usually find in small Italian towns. The Chef uses rubber-wood & mango-wood to fire the oven and add natural aromas to the pizzas which give them a penchant flavour. Cafe Mangii proves beyond doubt that when it comes to taste, no one makes Italian food more sinfully delicious. A quick glance at its extensive menu is tantalizing enough. Sample the perfectly cooked pastas and the varieties of risotto. One can tell the expertise of Executive Chef Krishna Khetle is at work.

Delight for Italian food lovers!

The food is just wow! Order for their special pizzas made in a wooden stove! Pasta... more or less any pasta from their menu is just mmmm.... delicious!

Don't forget to try their Tiramisu for dessert... you will thank me for it! ;) ;)

All-time Favorite Italian

I live a 2 minute walk away from this small cosy establishment. And have been visiting the place for over 3 years now.
It is hands down my favourite Italian place, and I have never been disappointed.
Food - Delicious, nice big portions and consistent!
Ambiance - can get noisy, but the dim-lighting and wooden furniture makes it a nice cosy place
Price - Reasonable for the food they serve and I consider it dirt cheap on their Vodafone Tuesdays.
Also great for midnight treats since post 11.30 is flat 50% off on everything (except Fridays and Saturdays)
And the lady welcoming you at the entrance is the sweetest thing, always pleasantly smiling.
I might be biased, but consistent yummy food for so many years is a rarity. Must-visit!
