S&F is always an amazing experience, from the ambience to the food. Shout out to the server who told me to go for a bull frog mocktail, was simply superb. The paneer hazari masala was brilliant and even the starters was good. Will definitely come back.

I had been to spice and flavour twice. Their interiors were good, I liked the wooden textured floor and the sealing. The restaurant has got good light fixtures that gives a good ambient light. The food there was good, I ordered Fungi Trifolati (Italian Appetiser) it was ok because it served garlic + bread <3, Tornado Twist was good because it had cranberry juice. Overall it was ok. I would give 3.5 rating.

Went there for reunion of old friends and it was the best experience. The ambience is so good; we had our seats on terrace. The staff is also very courteous and quick with services. Overall it is perfect place with family or friends and going light on your pocket.

If you are hardcore vegetarian lover then this is the place for you. Loved the Paneer Kurkure and Risotto. Great food awesome ambiance and very good staff.

Overall the place is excellent, the ambiance is good, the food is good, the music is good, and the staff is also very polite. Being alone decided to have the power lunch. It compromised of 2 roti, 2 vegetable, rice, dessert, chaas , pickle and papad. The price was extremely affordable and tough for an individual to complete but a good meal to have. When in that area don't miss this. A good food option came across this place behind Stock market. Do visit.

Visited this place as suggested by one of my friend so I checked it out on zomato. It's pure vegetarian restaurant so I decided to visit the coming weekend.
Me with my friends went there as we were super hungry we decided to go by the chef’s recommendations - Cheese open roomali, S&F special rolls, Paneer–Tak–a–Tak, Dal Makhani and fresh mocktails all were super delicious.
Overall good food, good service and great ambience!

One of the finest places I have ever visited in Mumbai in terms of food junctions. The food tastes terrific with economical prices. They keep on adding up new cuisines in the menu which doesn't make it spontaneous. The staffs are friendly and their service is also impressive. Any time you visit the place taste will be as good as before. It’s a place with great space and comfortable ambiance. They also have a very well maintained banquets facility. One can never get bored of this place.

Went here many a times with my friends and family. The place is worth going and the menu has been diversified, but the quality has always been the same and that too very good. The main course here is just superb and surely a heaven for vegetarians also they have variety of desserts and my favourite one is the moong dal halwa here, simply yumm.

I think they would benefit by a change of location. It is a good place with good enough ambiance, nice and polite staff who do not force you to buy a starter and a soup and a main course and a dessert-don't you hate it when staff are like this at many places? I was here with my mom and sister and we just ordered for a khichdi and a veg starter platter and they both tasted nice, nothing out of the way but fresh and nice.
