Old is gold!
Guys the old Rathna which was known for its sambar is not what you actually get today! After the brand was bought over few years back they have been focusing on expansion and there are even branches abroad now. The typical 'Triplicane Rathna Cafe' has its brand name only and not the taste but if you are still satisfied with the taste may be you are just getting carried away by the stories told to you :)

Such a bad place cant survive there at al! havin a place in prime location!! the first visit wil be ur final visit! Jus bang opp to crowd puller murugan idli shop! its time they close down!

Alls good but not the end!
Spicy hot parathaas! jus the best joint for north indian delights in t.nagar. Amazing spread of sweets and varieties of munches on the shelves for take away.! Ambiance is quiet ok and the cost is better bet for the taste offered! A filling paratha at 25 bucks and a panner dish at 35ish is good. Buffet is the worst thing about the place @ Rs.60 what you get is some pieces of veggies and every other dish limited to a cup. The water tap never flows with water but a thin line comes thru (ever since i know the place for the past few years) which puts its class down.Otherwise a good place to have a neat meal.
